Hello! I'm Maria
About me
For 20 years I have worked professionally creating, designing and organising events, writing scripts, working with and supporting people. I love meeting people and I love the work. So becoming a Family, Wedding and Funeral Celebrant was an obvious next step in my life story when I took redundancy in early 2019. I am proud to be an accredited member of the UK Fellowship of Professional Celebrants. For more about me click here.
My approach
I'll spend time with you, so that we can get to know each other. I'll ask a lot of questions to help me understand what you need, and your story. You can expect confidentiality, support and contact from start to finish; a secular service and ceremony but with the flexibility to include whichever rituals, vows and spiritual or personal content that you wish to have and that means something to you.
Family Celebrant
As an independent family celebrant I can help you to create an event that is what you want, where you want, whether you are getting married, naming a child, renewing vows, or saying a final goodbye.
